Small and attractive
Sep 2019
We spent a very pleasant hour wandering arund in these gardens, almost seemed like we were intruding into private gardens, well maintained and worth a short visit

Odd

It felt like walking through someones backyard, a well kept backyard, but a backyard none-the-less. Perhaps nice to kill some time while waiting for a train, but could not help like I was intruding on someones space? Probably better to relax by the water.

Love the park
Jul 2018 • Couples
Snouck Van Loosen is a wonderful park. They had a flea market on the Saturday that we were there. It was very well organized, neat and tidy. Good bargains.
It is also a nice place for a walk and the homes are very scenic.
Highly recommend a walk through this park.

Not much to see
Jul 2018 • Couples
This small park with the funny name is a good way to pass through if you are walking from the water front to the city centre. But to be honest, there is not much to see - a few trees, some water, houses by the sides. That’s it.

Nice stroll through historical social housing site
Jul 2018 • Family
Impressive social housing project from the 19th century. You can walk through the park and admire the houses from outside and the setting. Good for 30-45 minutes.

Beautiful “social housing” park with history
Jul 2018
Very beautiful, tranquil park. Interesting to read about its history as a social housing project with houses for lower/middle class welldoers who otherwise wouldn’t be able to afford such a house.

Typical Dutch suburban local park, beautiful setting.
Jul 2018 • Family
We had a nice afternoon in this small park with beautiful old oak and sickamoore trees, along waterways and little ponds with ducks. Beautiful older homes nicely decorated with beautiful gables and gardens. This is a small city park, but worth walking through to show the high quality of Dutch city/urban living which scores this country so high in quality and happiness.

Pretty Park

Green leafy park that is really a small subdivision of suburban houses. Very pretty but not all that interesting.

Lovely private/public garden

Map location here in TA is wrong. It is the green space right near the railway station. A small, well kept park with nany old, small houses. Lovely detour on a walk to or from the railway station.

Secluded little garden in a residential area

Worth a little walk and a sit on a nice afternoon but not very big. Whilst it's a lovely little spot I wouldn't go out of my way to visit
