Aquatopia, opposite the Central Station of Antwerp, is much more than an aquarium. This enchanting oceanarium is showcasing thousands of exotic fish and reptiles in their natural environment. Witness how sharks eat away their prey. Touch a snake. Climb along mangrove roots and be ravished by the colorful coral reefs. In other words, enjoy the adventure!Discover as well our indoor playground and ball pool. Ideal for a short family outing or as a relaxing break in between shopping.

The best part was the shark tunnel, surreal experience. However it lacks diversity in species and no signs in English. It could do with more signage and interaction.

The kids seemed to really like it, but in general the variety was lacking, some exhibits were empty with no signage to say why and as mentioned in earlier reviews the tanks seem more like exhibits rather than habitats. The shark tank is pretty good,...More

We went on a rainy day, with a seven year old. The aquariums were of mixed quality. Many of them appeared as storage tanks rather than portraying a biotop.

Beautiful Aquarium for kids and adults. It's economic, the only downside is you cannot go with your stroller, it must be left in the lobby of the Aquarium in the entrance. It's best for a toddler or bigger kids. Lots of people having to carry...More

I read the reviews here and they are right, it's not a whole day activity but I was there for 2 hours and my kids loved it. So if you have small kids then it's agree at afternoon.

It's very small one. Rather than Visiting this it's better to Visit aquarium available in the Zoo. It is good activity for a rainy day.

Was here with my wife and two year old son. Location is opposite the Central Station, parking is nearby or visit by train. The whole aquarium is located on three floors, there's an adventurous route to follow all the types of aquaria. Our son had...More
