For those who like to shop on a sunday, this is the place to be. Antiques, bric-à-bracs, must haves, old books, you can find it all in this neighbourhood. Sometimes it is expensive, sometimes a good deal. If you're tired, hungry and thirsty, a nice café or good restaurant is always nearby.

In this street you can go back in time in an instant ... lots or objects might bring you back to your younger years or ever further ... a lot of things to see ... take your time, a visit might take longer than you expected.

A street in the old part of the city of Antwerp where it is nice to go shopping mostly for antiques and vintage things.

Antwerp is a small provincial town so prices are very moderate compared to "big" towns. In Kloosterstraat a number of very interesting shops are housed: art of many aspects, vintage, jewels, ceramics, go inside the shops, explore and find you treasures

Street of most antique shops. Some fun restaurants too. 'Chez Fred' is a very good bistro. The steak tartare is delicious. As dessert the 'Dame Blanche' is my favorite. I looooooove the European cappuccino.

The street is quite busy and it has plenty to see from little pubs, fritteries, Cloth Stores (Hipsters), erotic shops, computer shops, antiques and many other stores. Is great to park at the Zuid and walk all the way in the direction of the grand Platz and the cathedral. IF you have time to enjoy a nice walk, you should... More

what a wonderfull way to pass a boring sunday afternoon. park your car on the vlaamsekaai. have some cake at tinsel an then walk along the kloosterstraat. sure you will find some treasure at one of the antiques stores. (tante brocante is my favourite) Finish at the sunday marquet on the sint annatunnel square.

They told me they had a light I wanted either one in "excellent" condition or one with a repair. I bought the one in excellent condition. What was shipped to me was the damaged light. They were advised. Then started months of emails "we're looking for the replacement, hard to find, we're on summer vacation" etc etc. Then suddenly... silence.... More
