it`s very beautiful building outside! but i wouldn`t say that museum is really interesting( unfortunately they don`t have information in english (it`s typical for Brussel) and in the time of my visit the room with suits for Manneken Pis was closed...

Not much to see in this museum. If you;re short on time don't bother. A few tapestries and sculptures and not a large collection of paintings. I spent only half an hour here.

Beautiful from the outside but somewhat boring within. I'd guess the costume museum of Manneken Pis would be the best part but its currently closed for refurbishment till February i believe. Worth going for nowt, some interesting old maps and sculptures of Brussels centuries of years ago.

The museum is not very extensive, however, it is located in the Grand Place, which is the most beatiful place in Brussels, and some argue in the whole world. The exhibition of the manneken pis closet is very interesting and in my opinion is the best part of the museum. The other main highlights are the models of the city... More

I visited the museum with 2 family member who both have mild physical disabilities. I have only mentioned this as the museum is on four levels and requires you to be able to walk up a number of large staircases without the option for a lift. I undersatdn that this is an old building, however, we were not pre-warned of... More

Not sure how many people know that the Mannequin Pis is 'dressed up' for different occasions and countries. He is and many of the costumes are on display in this museum. It is worth a visit just to see them!

The museum has a number of artifacts and displays about the history of the city. There are some interesting items, but no descriptions in English so not the most informative for non-French/Flemish speakers. The top floor has the Mannequin Pis costumes which was fun to see. Luckily the museum was free the day we went, otherwise I don't know if... More

The exterior of the building is a masterpiece, and the interior tells the history and cultures of Brussels. It also houses the mannequin pis costumes.
