Unfortunately church was closed at the time we visited Liege, so we could only watch the building from outside. Although it already needs some maintenance it still looks wonderful and magnificent. I also admired beautiful forged fences along the church and lovely well maintained park...More

Lots of work being done on the outside but don't let that put you off going inside. The colours on the stain glass windows are stunning especially on a sunny day.

This huge, very well crafted church hosts a lot of relics and other religious items. It is easily accessible by bus, and there are many parking lots around. Moreover, it is only a few minutes of walk from the town center and all its activities

This is one of the churches you should visit if you have the time and are interested in that particular architecture and environment. It is well preserved, nice to look at and discover details, and yes it's free.

fantastic religious art free for the viewing. The tour can be long , but a visit on your own will also amaze.

Lots of light, fabulous painted stone ceiling. Best of all though, there are two helical stone staircases - never seen that before - they are truly a work of art. The entry way to the cathedral has the ribbed vaults but made with irregular stone...More
