Large parts of the cemetery are under renovation - also the small church in the middle - but during Autumn, and particularly November, with flowers on the graves, it is so beautiful. Close to the church, you will find the more elaborated and embellished graves...More

At least seventy decayed graves are under repair since the beginning of the month of October. Skip the cemetary now and come back in July 2018, to see the splendor of the cemetery.

interesting to walk around to see the tombs etc of famous flemish people but must have fine weather to do so
