I loved all the roof tops in the historic center of Brugge. So colorful and ornate - lots of stair step roofs. Nice restaurants below for relaxing to take in the sites.

From the old market square tour guides with a distinctive umbrella saying "free tours" offer 2-3hour walking tours. Usually they are locals who can provide an insight into life currently and historically.

Is it possible to book a time in advance for the ice rink ?? We are spending the day at the Brugge market on Saturday and want to go ice skating? Any advice?

It is not necessary to book, the price 7 euro and no time limit.
