Just a beach, it was deserted when we visited in October 18, did not look anythng special. I prefered Oura beach.

Good visit very clean another too crowded. Of course the warm weather really helped. Access to the beach was good even for the disabled ( as i am ).

We only visited in the evening on our way to a restaurant while driving by. It's very close to the central bit with lots of restaurants, so it isn't a particularly private and quaint beach, but seemed perfectly fine regardless

We went to the beach most days on a recent visit to Alberfeira. Stunning views from the cliff tops. Take the escalator down to the beach, or the lift. Stunning views out to see. Lots of bars and restaurants around the square and along the...More

Lovely stretch of beach with lots of Sun Loungers to hire. The beach is also very handy for lots of bars and restaurants if you need a bite to eat or a few drinks.

Hi Hotel Sol E Mar is right on the beach and the Rocomar overlooks the beach but there is a lift just opposite hotel that takes you down to the beach. Albufeira is hilly and the old town has cobbled streets. Hope this helps.
