Went here to see Benfica play a pre season friendly. The stadium is in the middle of nowhere, best way to get there is to drive. There is plenty of parking but no amenities. On the approach to the stadium the usual set up of...More

This a wonderful stadium that makes you feel very close to the players. Such a pity that is so seldom used !

I've been here numerous times and its one of very few stadiums where access and parking is very easy. The view all around the stadium is very good and when its full, it creates a good atmosphere.

This beautiful stadium was purpose built for the 2004 European Football Championship. Currently rarely used, is a sports arena with architectural interest and great potential thanks to the excellent climate of the Algarve.

The stadium is almost always empty! The awesome part is the parking-lot ... completely empty for you to drive (and to teach the kids how to park and make the islands/roundabouts). The stadium looks cool and the space around is nice to visit.

Out of town stadium difficult to get to on busy match day as nearest public transport railway station a fair walk away across some pretty barren fields and trains do not run late at night when games ending. We got to the stadium on pre-arranged...More

Fantastic stadium, fairly easy to get to by bus, not too expensive. Inside the ground, a bit of a lengthy walk up to the seats, but an excellent view when you get there. But , pre match, the fanzone had queues hundreds deep, and there...More
