Came across this statue on leaving Lagos and following the water up to our hotel. There’s some great views over the beach and across to the walled city of Lagos!

This statue overlooks the water and was a nice surprise to run across. Not sure who he was but apparently had a connect to Lagos.

Great location on top of the hill near the harbour and close to the fortress. Easy to get there either walking, taxi or public transportation.

Its a Statue by the side of the main road. What else is there to say. Its a nice statue, probably of someone of historical significance, but to a tourist just interesting.
