we visited the castle for 1:62euros a small charge but the museum and castle were very small ! interesting but only need 30 to 60 minutes at most

We took a trip to Loule specifically to see the castle. When we eventually located it, as the directions and signs are poor, we discovered that it resembled nothing like a castle, in fact we walked past it as it looked like a large house...More

This is a small place but that suited us perfectly as we're have two young kids, who lose interest very quickly. a museum downstairs and then you can have a wander round. We did it all in about half an hour, which was perfect. Really...More

This is well worth a visit if in Loule as it is just off one of the many tiny winding streets of this quaint little town.

Make sure yo go ealier then we did - it closes at 16:30 on a Saturday! Looks impressive from the outside and there is a museum and nearby an art gallery - all close at the same time. Most of the shops close at 1pm...

Nice but small castle. Nothing big. Prices is €1.62 for the entrance. What you see is a small museum and you can walk on the wall for 150meters. Just visit when you are in loule but do not make a special trip and expect carcasonne....More

Nice part of Loule. History lesson from Neolithic times for the area in the museum and then good view of the City from the restored walls. Be careful with kids up there as easy to tumble over. Entrance only €1.62.
