What a great lake. When we arrived it was foggy so we couldn't see the lake from the top. We went hiking down and we started to be able to see this beautiful lake. The lake is really breathtaking and the surroundings stunning. We went...More

We had to wait three days for the fog to reveal the mountain and this amazing lagoon, but it was well worth it! The sight from the top is fabulous (when the fog clears) but it's nothing compared to what you can experience if you...More

Loved it. Fog might roll in and block the view at times, but give it some time to clear up. Be sure to hike down to the lake..it's an easy hike.

A must see, but be sure to be there in good weather conditions and be early, before 10.00 am, when the lighting is better and buses don't block the roads.

I don't believe there is public transport to the mountain. We rented a vehicle and drove to the top(rim) and then hiked down. I did notice several couples coming from the bottom and hiking up as we were going down. There are... More

There is a paved road going to the top of the hill overlooking the lake, but I really would not see it as a hiking area. You would want to take a vehicle to the top. Once there, you will find plenty of easy places to walk... More
