We were here on a relatively cool Saturday, and even so the beach was quite crowded. I imagine it's shoulder to shoulder on a warm weekend day. The sand is incredibly soft; the water is clear, but no-one seems to swim here. Lots of thongs....More

Absolutely worth seeing. It is a real beach in the city center! Small but unique. Great view on the port and the city and the ocean!. Restaurants two steps away. Very clean. Nice. Fantastic.

Had a terrific swim here right in the center of town. You have backdrops of 17th century arsenals (now a fancy hotel) and other historic buildings. There don't seem to be any places to change, so use the public bathrooms in the park back up...More

Good place if you are looking to take a stroll or just enjoy the sunny day. On the other hand, I do not recommend to eat there, it´s very touristy

Cascais is about a 40 minute train ride from Lisbon but it is well worth it. The behind the beach has many places to eat. On the beach look out for the sand sculptures. Very picturesque.

A place I go to heal, the smell, the sounds, but must go early in the morning because lots of people visit it.

Hidden gem, gets bit busy in hot days, but I just love this place. My fav beach in Cascais....I would recommend it to anyone!

A very nice beach to escape to and very close to Lisbon. Easy to get to with bus transfer from Lisbon.

It's a beach like many others. Pretty small and extremely far away, but a lot of fun if you go with a group of loved ones. One of my favourite days spent in Lisbon.
