A distinct step up in class from Lisbon Sports Club (see separate review). Well maintained, pretty course. Nice clubhouse and bar. Watch out for the greens which in places were like lightening. There was one hole in particular, about the 4th/5th where you have a...More

I really enjoyed playing at Golfe do Estoril. The complete set-up, course, clubhouse and staff were superb and the course has so much history. You can see why so many pro-competitions were played here in the 70's-90's. They may have now moved the Portugal Open...More

The greens were very guick and the score went up. A nice course with the first nine whole in a very quite area and the other nine wholes besides a strong traffic way unfortunately, but it was okey. The vegetarian food okey.

Number of fabulous holes, strong layout with fab views. Buggy is a must, long course and between tee to green is some distance. A little breezy on the day, so does effect the play and difficulty , as within our party of 16 we had...More

Perhaps the weather has not been kind to this course this year, but overall we were disappointed by poor standard of maintenance. This is a very challenging course, really not suitable for high handicappers at all - lightning greens, many elevated, ruined our scores. However...More

Very good course and lovely to play on. The greens are very icy and only need a tap and roll out loads. The hire clubs are great and as a low I thought they suited my game perfectly.

This was an old fashioned course and was a real pleasure to play. Traditional layout and avoiding the trend to create a long monstrous test for the average golfer. Well maintained with small greens and difficult approaches. I would be very happy to play there...More

One of the most enjoyable rounds my wife and I have played. Anywhere in the world. A charming, old fashioned clubhouse provided a warm welcome and an excellent breakfast on arrival. As the tee wasn't busy the Starter said we could set off whenever we...More

Really nice course with interesting layout of holes and in overall good condition. Don't go by the length of the course on the card as it seems to play much longer (not sure whether this was due to soft ground conditions or the wind). Unknown...More

Played this course for the second time and it didn't disappoint. This is a traditional course that crosses a main road. We used trolleys and on occasions it was hard work but made better by the fact that we were given a lift in a...More
