Lovely flea market in Campo de Santa Clara. You can literally find anything. Nice, relaxed atmosphere.

This market is on twice a week and was quite near our apartment - albeit uphill, as is most of Lisboa. It is much larger than any we have seen in several other European countries. Make sure you have good walking shoes as it covers a wide area that is on quite a slant. The goods are interesting - range... More

I like flea markets and found some gems in Berlin, Helsinki, Madrid, Sao Paulo and many more. However, found the Feira da Ladra disappointing. It is spread over a bunch of steep hilly streets near Alfama and sells basic stuff. Used cloths, some common household stuff and DYI tools. Had there been anything of real interest, I must have missed... More

At first glance it IS a car-boot sale albeit in much nicer than average surroundings. It overflows into neighbouring narrow streets and squares, where you will also find some genuine antique shops with overblown prices. As for the car-boot trash-it is not so exciting or inexpensive either. You could be lucky though… Still it is worth a visit especially if... More

If you like seeking unusual gems at bargain prices, this awesome flea market is right up your street. It's a mix between a car boot sale and antique/Sunday markets and has become one of our preferred past-times. Arriving early morning and taking time out in our favourite local cafes/restaurants/park is really enjoyable. We spend days walking around & have found... More

It wasn't the most impressive thing but perhaps because I have been to so many different markets around the world that this one wasn't up to par. I would recommend it if you are near by and want to kill some time :)

We were told about the market by one of staff on the shop we were on. We took a took took from city centre having be told that the tram queue would be at least an hour. It took us to the took of the hill where the flea market started and we slowly walk down the hill. A lot... More

This is kind of a flea market, with all sort of things. You can buy from a pan to toys or clothes. it's an open air market so i guess on rainy days there is no market.

The market is just next to the Pantheon and is open every Saturday. We had a great time here and found some good stuff, e.g. cute coffee cups and some gifts. You can buy your gifts here much cheaper than in shops.

Staying in Graca & Sao Vicente

Neighbourhood Profile
Graca & Sao Vicente
You can be thankful that most common travel guides don't mention Graça and São Vicente that often. Part of Lisbon's historic center and "Old Town", they feel like independent villages in the capital's center, and more untouched than Alfama. Amazing views, restaurants and parks, as well as important monuments like the S. Vicente Church and the National Pantheon, make this a spectacular option for those looking for a more tranquil walk-around in the center of Lisbon. Graça has been the choice of many younger people over the past years, both nationals and expats, given the cozy feeling of the neighborhood and its hidden secrets.
