Omg this spot is amazing! We met people from all over the world while here for the sunset. Pro tip: bring a blanket and you can jump over the railing and sit on the grass while watching the sunset. Also, we brought a bottle of wine and wine glasses. We had everyone asking us where we got the wine! It... More

A bit of a trek uphill but well worth it for fab views of the city. A must do while in Lisbon. Plenty of places around to grab a drink or bite to eat.

One of the place where you can enjoy beautiful landscape view, Getting to this place requires some up-hill walking and you can take tram 21 or 28 if you don't like walking uphill.

This is the most stunning view of Lisbon. It has a very nice chapel on the hill as well. Go by Tuk Tuk and admire on of the most amazing views in all Lisbon.

A steep but enjoyable climb through Alfama and Graca gets you to this fantastic view of the city. Not much more to say really, just do it and you will burn off those custard tarts!!

My favorite Lisbon free view point. I don´t know if I was able to visit them all, but this one is definitely worth the climb.

A wonderful view of the city any time of the day! Enjoy the breeze and red roofed views of the city on the highest point in Graca, including the 25 de Abril Bridge and Sao Jorge Castle. If you're lucky, like I was, you'll also be accompanied with local musicians singing along to a beautiful acoustic guitar, a lovely touch... More

We had dinner in the area and decided to walk down to the miradouro. A great place to see the city and river, and to people watch, and have a glass of sangria

Staying in Graca & Sao Vicente

Neighbourhood Profile
Graca & Sao Vicente
You can be thankful that most common travel guides don't mention Graça and São Vicente that often. Part of Lisbon's historic center and "Old Town", they feel like independent villages in the capital's center, and more untouched than Alfama. Amazing views, restaurants and parks, as well as important monuments like the S. Vicente Church and the National Pantheon, make this a spectacular option for those looking for a more tranquil walk-around in the center of Lisbon. Graça has been the choice of many younger people over the past years, both nationals and expats, given the cozy feeling of the neighborhood and its hidden secrets.
