We hopped on after our visit to the Oceanarium. Great views across the river and the waterfront. Worth a visit €4 one way per adult. Takes about 15 minutes then you can walk back along the waterfront or back to the Metro. Loads of restaurants to choose from if you need to eat.

Short ride with nice views of the area right on the waters edge. If you're close by it's worth doing. Wouldn't go out of my way to specifically get to this. Bought a round trip ticket but they closed before I could return. Was a short walk back so no harm done...just a few euros for each way per person.... More

Really really lovely views and only €3.50! Go on a nice day and you get views across the whole area, no complaints here.

You gain an aerial view of the immediate area. It's rather short and not that inspiring. You see just as much from the ground, so it's only worth it for the novelty factor gaining a different perspective. We only had a very short wait for our trip, I would not recommend if there was a long wait.

We've been at the Tejo at a beautiful day. Nice ride, fair price and great view over the river. We chose one way and was ok not to take a return trip. But definitely worth doing.

After walking along the front from the Oceanarium and seeing the little parks along the way we decided to take the cable car back as we had our little boy with us. He loved it, very high up and some pretty good views of modern Lisbon - don't expect to see the old town though. Very reasonably priced as well.

We spotted the Telecabine when we came out of the Oceanarium and as we were curious we decided to have a ride. It takes about 20 minutes round trip and there's no need to get off if you don't want to. It costs 3.35 euro for Seniors (65+) and 5.90 euro for an adult (round trip). It's a nice relaxing... More

We were at the local Websummit conference and since we were in the area thought it would be a good way to get a different view. Took a return ride which was well worth the money.

A round trip is only 5 Euros and takes 20 mins so it's a great sightseeing trip to slot in if your attending a conference at the centre next door. I loved this. Don't be put off by the cable car shaped hole in the concrete below 😉

We stopped off here after the aquarium and was worth the €5 (ish) return. The views offer a different perspective to Lisbon in comparison to the usual eighteenth century ancient buildings. You will be able to see the more modern structures and be pleasantly relaxed along the way no matter how far up you are. DO NOT HESITATE! GO!
