The cable car down (10€/person) and up was an amazing experience. Down at the beach you have a really good restaurant, that does delicious grilled vegetables, because the vegetables are grown in their own garden. Can only recommend it.

Cable car down (10 euro per person). Down is a beautiful Pebble Beach. Amazing views. The view at the cliff is astonishing. There is a restaurant, which is ok. Nothing more, nothing less.

The sea food enjoyed by all six of us was better than excellent. We visited on a beautiful sunny afternoon & were looked after wonderfully well by Miguel. The cable car ride to get there is breathtaking

Did not know this was here! Went because a local recommended it. Cable car was spectacular and we had lunch in the afternoon sun at the restaurant down the bottom. Was beautiful and service was warm and humorous too!

Really enjoyed our stay in the stone cottage - this is a very special place. Small but perfectly formed cottage with everything we needed, including some private outdoor space. Good to see recycling so well organised, better than anywhere else we saw. Great ocean views...More

The cable car or boat are the unique means to get to Fajã dos Padres, and that's one of the reason why the place is so special. Guests staying at Fajã dos Padres may use the cable car out of it's regular opening hours, as... More
