Although I'm an archaeology buff, I can't see how you would want to miss this site. It is Celtic and Roman ruins, and offers great views of the surrounding area. It has a little visitors center with restrooms and a small cafe for beverages. You...More

Spent a most pleasant morning here on a guided tour around this archaeological site. It is a huge Hill Fort with many rooms. The views are fantastic and the Roman Bath was very interesting

This place is what remains of a Celtic agglomeration or prehistoric town. It's full of ruins of this type of construction and if you're interested in Celtic culture, this is a must-see. A bit out of the way, but worthwhile.

Wonderful piece of history. Dating from Iron age. Follow the rocky roads through the fort. Over 1000 people would have lived there at one time. There is more land to excavate in the future. Who knows what other treasures they will uncover. Not good for...More
