I didn´t enter. Taking pictures from the street is mesmerizing enough. it is in the pedestrian street so you will see it for sure and you won´t be able to stop taking pictures

We stayed on Santa Carolina just a few metres from this iconic blue tiled chapel in downtown Porto. It did not appear to open at all times so you have to choose your moment to visit. Great views of side length from road crossing...which seems...More

this church is tiled from top to bottom on its two outside walls which stops you in your tracks, small little working church inside

Absolutely beautiful, fascinating and mesmerizing!!! It’s located on the central street so getting there won’t be frustrating. You will be staring at the design and its details for hours, if you can. For sure one of the most beautiful pieces of art I’ve ever seen!

What an introduction to Porto when coming up from Bilbao station and seeing all these beautiful blue tiles on the church. I preferred the outside of the church to the inside.

Amazing train station- beautifully decorated with old blue tiles showing all the crafts of the old times- fishing, farming etc.

the appearance is amazing, a church "painted" by blue tiles, describing scenes like death of Saint Francis of Assisi and the martyrdom of Santa Catarina that appearance is new, only from 1929, and the idea to cover the entire exterior church with those tiles stories...More
