Lovely clean place, good restaurants, friendly people, close to Malaga airport (20 mins drive). Nice beaches, a good market twice a week, plenty of supermarkets well stocked with all the goodies you need for a relaxing holiday.

Beautiful beach and walkways. Many suitable eating places at reasonable prices. Lovely area for evening entertainment. The local council keeps the area clean and in good repair. Many various shops in the back streets. I will be going back soon.

La Cala De Mijas. Beautiful place very clean and lovely beach and walkway. Many good restaurants and places to eat. Very friendly and we felt very safe there. Lots of places to see locally and Malaga is a great place to visit.

Great views. Lots of benches to sit on. Always busy in the summer season, but popular all year round with locals also. Always clean.

Stretches from La Cala all the way to Cabopino which is about 6km. Mostly wooden so super to walk (or run) on it. What a great investment in infrastructure!

Our hotel was on the beach which meant a long walk into the resort for a meal and drink. Not many shops. Been, seen but won't be going back

The biggest free car park is off the motorway going towards Fuengirola where the market is held on Wednesday and Saturday. It is a five minute walk to the beach.
