This restaurant was so good we went twice. On both occasions we had the prawn satay to start. We also had the chicken massaman curry, the green chicken curry and a pad thai with pork. The food was of an exceptional standard. Our cocktails were wonderful as well.

The best cocktails in Choeng Mon. Rakk and Meena will always make you feel very welcome. The cocktails are excellent. Every spirit you could want on the menu. The music is all 60s, 70s and motown - perfect for enjoying a relaxing drink. You must visit for a few drinks if you’re staying in Choeng Mon.

We first came here in 2019 and were delighted to reunite with Rakk this year after loving this bar so much before.
They offer a good range of cocktails at a reasonable price together with a selection of whisky which is his real passion. His restaurant next door is about to reopen and we look forward to trying there next time we are in town
He has a lovely old bar dog called Shadow who loves being stroked.
Thanks Meena for the drinks and the other staff too for their warm and attentive service.
Can’t wait to come back next time

This is such a lovely bar. Rak and Meena are excellent hosts and have created such a nice spot in Choeng Mon. The cocktails are delicious and the atmosphere is so relaxing, laid back and friendly. Thank you Meena for all of the amazing banana daiquiris!

We came across this bar as we walked down the street. We didn’t know what to expect but what a find. A place full of personality and surprises created by a lovely couple. The happy hour deal represented excellent value for money for cocktails made with LOVE. We enjoyed spending a good couple of hours taking in the breeze whilst checking their books and hearing the story behind the original graffitis. It was such a lovely gesture to offer us three bamboo lights that we will treasure at home. We hope the future brings us back to Samui at some point and we’ll return for sure!

We visited Cocktail King on most nights of our recent holiday. Everyone is made so welcome by Meena, Rakk and Patchanee. The fantastic drinks, great music and a relaxing atmosphere make this one of our most favourite places ever! The restaurant is a great addition and the food that we had there was excellent. Cannot recommend enough, thank you.

First of all the owners are amazing, really nice people. We visited twice in our recent stay and both times we enjoyed sitting and relaxing with well made cocktails. We were made to feel very welcome, the music was good (not loud so we could talk) and we were sad we couldn't visit again on our last night.

Located on the ring road in Chong mon, the owners are truly amazing and very welcoming. But be careful not to ask for them strong,,,, I was hanging all day the next day for being greedy. Will always return.
