The Athens Olympic Park is worth the visit because of the interesting and well-known design made by the famous Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava. It has all the characteristics of his work and you can still enjoy the beauty of the parabolic arch at the entrance...More

As an admirer of the architecture and buildings of Santiago Calatrava we couldn’t miss the opportunity to visit the 2004 Olympic site! The Calatrava’s buildings, particularly steel arches forming the Agora Archway Tunnel, are still impressive and you can get a feel how magnificent the...More

Great experience, the voice guides are worth having. I loved the coin you can buy in the Tunnel and seeing the Olympic torches. As a sport teacher it was a great experience.

Although not totally abandoned this place is great to see some of the old, albeit 12 year old Olympic Park for Athens 2004 Olympic Games. Only 3 of the pools are still in use. The place is run down graffiti strewn and rusting. you can...More

I mean it’s an old Olympic site from 2004. Of course some things are in disrepair and run down but what do you expect really. It’s not bad and worth the $2 subway ride out from Piraeus.

An accessible stadium. Enjoyed it. It's not the home of my team, but I visited it many times as an away fan. Sometimes we also have there concerts of known artists.

This place was very disappointing. It was almost completely abandoned and uncared for. We wandered through the complex and envisioned what it must have looked like 13 years earlier full of people from all over the world. So sad that the country went to such...More

Nice feelings to be at the center of Athens Olympics 2004. Strange that the administration is not maintaining or promoting this as a regular tourist attraction of Athens. The architecture and the vastness of the space is captivating. T Very stimuating experience, don't miss this...More
