Great concerts and happenings

Metro is nearby and taxi rides within the center reasonably priced. Nice music gigs and more, can also be booked in advance.

Beautiful place! Very impressive building! Great staff working there! Very helpful! I love going there with my kids! They usually have amazing performances playing there! Parking is easy cause they have a huge underground parking! During the winter they have their own skating ring!

I have attended performances in the callas (opera), the symphony hall, and a smaller chamber music hall. the complex is sprawling and offers a variety of events on most nights. the one-stop concert venue for athens.

The acoustics are just beautiful in the Megaron Concert Hall, this modern building that holds the crown among the athenian concert halls. Except of the acoustics and the grand spaces, the seating is comfortable, the personnel very helpful and friendly. The access is easy with the blue metro line (Megaro Mousikis stop), the garden is a lovely spot when the... More

First let me start by saying this is a Concert hall and not an Opera house! so it has nothing to do with the Opera de Paris or Vienna. The Megaron Concert Hall is super modern and very well equiped i was lucky to attend the Carmina Burana concert it was breath taking. I recommend you get there at least... More

We attended a classical music concert here - and were very impressed by the facilities. The acoustics were good, very comfortable seating. If you happen to be in Athens check to see what programs are on - they are usually of a very good calibre.

The Megaton Concert Hall of Athens is the only place where you can meet art. Wonderful performance, ballet, opera, theatre. There is also the transmission from Carnegie Hall and Metropolitan from New York. The right place for music maniacs!

It is a medium size conference center. I think for up to 1000 people for the big conference room. It is well localize. The metro less than 100 Mts away and the opera house next door. Very nice and safe neighborhood. The American embassy is next door.

Hosting opera, ballet, symphony and theatre performances during its October – June season, the Athens Concert Hall is one of the largest cultural centres in the world and is renowned for its superb acoustics. The Hall of the Friends of Music can accommodate up to 2.000 concert-goers; more intimate spaces include the Dimitris Mitropoulos Hall, the Alexandra Trianti Hall, and... More
