One of the places to visit if you want to see 11th Century Byzantine church. If you visit, check the visiting hours. It closes at lunch time and opens at 2PM. We went there without checking the hours but had a pleasant time waiting outside...More

Absolutely a treasure ... beautiful remains of 12th century frescoes, densely decorated small church. Our book had a superb guide around the walls, no signage there. I read of a rumored book that one could purchase in English and German, but no sign of it....More

Absolutely worth the drive to be here if you want to see beautiful Byzantine icons. A quite special place. You will also be in a great location to appreciate Profits Illias, and the coastline.

This is Oia's main church, which was constructed during Byzantines times. Nice from inside and outside. A must visit when in Santorini.

Is a Orthodox Church from the Byzantine period, with beautiful frescoes, sculptures beautiful architecture and wonderful sculptures, images and decoration; is for a visit that will take little time and must be done!
