In Spring there is plenty of water and the lush green leaves on the trees make the location an awesome sight. We walked from Stauropoli, but be warned that is a long hike. A local taxi is also a good option.

its a place everybody should visit. its on the north side of the region and about an hour from the city of Xanthi. Trees and fauna are the benchmarks of the area.
