We rented a car and decided to just drive somewhere on our last day and this was the most recommended place. We're glad we did as not only was the drive to/from gorgeous, but the destination itself was stunning. Beautiful chalk cliffs and forest walks. Lots of peaceful trail options and places to wander. The stairs to the beach are... More

Get ready with good hiking shoes and good clothes and experience this amazing place where dinosaurs roamed several million years ago! I have to admit that after the steps climb up and down, I limped for a week because my lazy bones were totally worked up! So be ready for some workout pains after. You can avoid going down to... Visited with not so mobile 94 year old. Wish we had not bothered. Long drive from civilisation with horrendous access road which went on for 2.5 km riddled with what appeared to be tarmaced over pot holes which were still pot holes. En route, noticed many locals had parked off road in forest, but due to having an elderly person... More

Very few places in the world will offer both a walk through the forest and almost immediately on the beach, offering both tranquility and beautiful scenery. the walk way to the beach and in the forest are well constructed and easy to walk along.

Truly fantastic place for a hike and scenic photography, but it gets pretty crowded closer to lunch. So get a bit earlier, and make sure you have a hiking route prepared as you'll find very quite places a short hike away from the center. I'd advise to bring own food so you can enjoy own freshly brewed coffee while looking... More

As mentioned there are many steps(447 each way-total of 994, if I recall) to get down to the beach but it is well worth it if you are able. There are several benches along the way to help any who need a break coming back up. If you have asthma, do bring your inhalers! We passed on the Mons Klint... More

There are so many paths around the cliffs and lots of oppurtunities for exploring along the beach, not to mention looking for fossils. There are plenty of steps to get down to the beach but it is well worth the walk, and also find the time to walk along some of the other boardwalks as there are so many beautiful... More

Møns Klint is beautiful and different nature in Denmark, and a must see for everyone. You can use a whole day here, but for minimum you can do the smallest walk in two hours, where you walk on the top of the cliffs in the forrest and walk down the many stairs to walk on the beach.
