Frederiksberg palace, gardens and park are located up near the zoo. The park, gardens and palace are all wonderful to walk around on a sunny day, especially if you also plan to visit the zoo. Even without the zoo, this is a huge park with...More

Huge park where locals have picnics. Easy to go by bus and metro. Not that much to see, but nice place to walk through.

Frederiksberg, which is actually a municipality in
itself but completely surrounded by Copenhagen. Here
there are several fine theaters, from the experimental
to the great Det Ny Teater (The New Theater) which
specializes in transcribing the great London and New
York musicals into Danish, and has done so for several
years with huge success. In Frederiksberg you’ll find
