Great views over Copenhagen - be early to avoid the long lines - especially if there are cruise ships in town. Only one toilet - try elsewhere! Steep stairs - not for the faint hearted - but worth the effort!

As others have commented, the views are stunning though you have to brave wind and any qualms about heights to scale the outside stairs. That said, it is a unique perspective and if the crowds are few and the weather is right, you are rewarded...More

Great view of Copenhagen from the tower but be careful going up the very steep wooden stairs. Best to go up the spire on a sunny and windless day.

While on the boat during the canal tour we have stopped to see the church tower with people going rough the spire! We went there very next day and went up there as well. Views of the city are spectacular! We had a 7 year...More

OK.... it gets a little scary as you get towards the top but the views are worth it. Lots of stairs (more than you'll expect) so be prepared by wearing comfortable shoes. The path around the tower is narrow as you get towards the top...More

It was about an hour wait and with each gust of wind I thought they would close it. I eventually made it to the top - the climb was not bad at all. I do not recommend for kids under 8 or people who have...More

Great view of the city from up above. Possible that the tower can be temporarily closed due to weather. Not much else inside except to climb the spire. Whole experience can be done in half hour.

Extremely impressive looking church. You can go inside the church (which is very grand) and also climb the tower. It's about 40kr to climb up. We did all decide to do that but I stopped half way as the stairs started to get very steep....More

Just across one of the many bridges from Indre By,
you’ll find Christianshavn. An eclectic area with old
brick lanes, houses dating back to the 16th century,
and canals which are home to many boats and ships,
some of which has been turned into restaurants or even
serve as fully furnished homes. The best known
attraction in Chistianshavn is Christiania, a “free
town” of residents who squat on a former military

Sorry, I check to see if they have web-site, I can imagine how beautiful to hear their organ. We heard just a little of it.

Sorry don't know - I would contact the Church directly or perhaps the concierge at the hotel at which you are planning to stay.

There is no admission charge to enter the church, only if you want to go to the tower. Tower admission is a couple Kroner.
