We all enjoyed our wander around the castle enjoying the visual history and the panarma all around. All that is needed is some information on its history.

We used this as a respite from the midday sun. We took a packed lunch and had it in the shade of the castle. The castle doesn't take long to walk round, it's worth a wander round with great views from the top. As many...More

My 2 young grandsons wanted to visit this very prominent castle near Argostoli Airport. They had a great time running around the castle ruins. Fantastic views from the top. Two very friendly restaurants in the grounds. Free admission but closes at 3pm - bit early.

Really stunning views from the extensive ruins perched on the large rocky knob totally enhanced by refreshments in the beautiful cafe at its entrance. (The cartel is closed Mondays.)

After a long day, me and my mate decided to run up to the castle gate. The road was kinda steep, took us 45minutes to get there but the gates were closed at around 8pm. However the view from the top was gorgeous.
