Lovely place to visit for old, young, families or singles like me. stroll through shops, meet Santa, visit huskies and sometimes reindeer (book in advance), fall back in childhood memories. Most shops are good and offer local handicraft and Finnish designers like iitala. Plenty coffee...More

Very nice and good. When you come here remember to bring lots of clothes and winter wear. It was so cold here!

Pathetic. Maybe coming from a country with world class theme parks makes one jaded. This place is less exciting and less Christmas themed then a pop up Christmas store in a shopping mall. Don’t bother.

You come here to see Santa Claus. Get tricked to pay 30 euro for a Santa photo op and that's it. There were lots of cheap looking gift shops operated by independent sellers. I was expecting a more magical feel. Something like a Christmas disneyland...More

We used Euros, and yes I think they take credit cards in some of the shops. I would expect that yes you would have to take your own hat and gloves, I did not see anything like that available (except to purchase) when I was... More

I think it is alright for your kids. They will love meeting Santa and reindeers. However santa park might be even more attractive for them. It needs entrance fee. For me, i like santa village a lot.
