We booked a snorkeling trip with Hedinn which was wonderful! Communication was good via email and answered all questions. It was a little nerve-wracking not paying online to reserve (cash when you meet him) but everything was fine. He is a little more money than...More

Hedinn was recommended to us by other members of our dive club in Australia - we were not disappointed! We got there early before all the hordes of snorkellers and beginner divers in the other companies and were treated to two pristine diving experiences unlike...More

This was a great experience. There was a lot of personal attention from our divemaster. He planned the trip such that we had the entire rift system for ourselfs, which is rare in Silfra. We got a set of beautiful pictures afterwards. I can honestly...More

I ultimately decided to go snorkeling because of the requirement to carry substantial weight to and from dive site,...More

Silfra and Hedinn were both amazing. It was just us and I had some trouble with the mouthpiece on the BC which made it a slow and frustrating first 10 minutes. He was super patient and helped me figure it out with great coaching. He...More

Hedinn picked me up very early. We were the first in the water. After we came up for some surface time, I saw how busy this location can get, and that is when you appreciate the early start time. As a rule, he keeps his...More

Anytime is a good time, as though the water is consistently between 35 and 40 degrees fahrenheit, the dry suits keep you nice and warm. The website is dive.is
