I am so incredibly pleased to have met the staff at Pink Iceland! When we visited back in July, touring was closed for the most part. I saw an article about Pink Iceland in America and went to their offices in person because the company sounded so knowledgeable and expansive. I just had a close member of the family come out, and I was also very curious about how to be supportive to my family member and the community in general. I spoke to Hannes and he was just wonderful about explaining the business, the touring, and the community in Reyjavik. He was so supportive with regards to my questions and my own experience. I feel that Pink Iceland would be an invaluable resource for touring, or for their weddings that they are so well known for! It was such a pleasure to meet such warm, welcoming people, and I am very thankful to Hannes!

If you're getting married in Iceland, plan your wedding with Pink Iceland!!!! I can't recommend them enough. Sara was so incredible. She actually help us plan not one, but two weddings! Our first plan was a beautiful micro wedding in the fall in South Iceland. This dreamy day was sadly cancelled due to covid. It was such a hard thing to go through, but Sara was so understanding and accommodating. Later, when we decided we couldn't wait any longer, Sara was there to help us pivot in a different and unexpected direction. We ended up eloping just the two of us in the dead of winter! While we were sad to not share the moment with our family and friends, eloping gave us more freedom to do something really unique and adventurous, and Sara did not disappoint. She put together an incredible, once in a lifetime experience that was very true to us as a couple. We were so grateful to have Sara and her team there on the day of to make sure things ran smoothly and that a warm coat was never too far from the frozen bride. Thank you Pink Iceland for creating such a perfect day for us!

I cannot say strongly enough how phenomenal Sara and her team at Pink Iceland were in helping us produce our dream wedding. Our original plan, like many folks, was changed by the pandemic and Sara was extremely patient and helpful as we navigated those changes on the fly. After initially planning our dream destination wedding for a select group of friends and family, we had to push the dates when the pandemic hit and eventually got tired of waiting for all to restrictions to be lifted and everything to be over and so opted for an elopement with just the two of us and the photographers. My wife and I discussed the several wonderful locations and options that Sara found and being as it was a February wedding, we opted to get married in a stunningly beautiful natural ice cave. Every detail was thought through of on the day and we both didn’t have a thing to worry about other than being present and enjoying our special day. From start to finish, everything went off without a hitch and because of Sara and her team’s hard work, the wedding was an absolute dream. Sara was extraordinarily attentive, kind and clearly enjoys this incredible job of which she is so gifted. She even managed to get us a drone operator pro-bono for the day in exchange for hitching a ride with us to the ice cave! If you are thinking about getting married in Iceland and like adventure, we cannot recommend Pink Iceland highly enough! - Michael and Cecilia

Barely a month after saying “yes” to each other, we found ourselves saying “yes” again, but this time, to our thoughtful, TALL, one-of-a-kind, superhero (the list is endless) wedding planner, Hannes. When we initially spoke with Hannes via video call, we immediately felt a connection and he impressed us with his expansive experience and knowledge. As we discussed how we envisioned our wedding, he seemed to know exactly what we were looking for and shared some insights and suggestions on ceremony and reception locations. Throughout the months of planning, everything was kept in a simple and organized Master document that listed out all the decisions we had to make. Fast forward to February 2022, 3 days before the big day. We were informed that Iceland was expecting one of the worst storms in years and our original Plans A and B might have to be abandoned. While the news was devastating to hear, we trusted that Hannes would keep a watchful eye on the situation and be able to save the day. We met with Hannes the next morning and, with just 2 more days to go, he helped us replan the entire event in less than 3 hours (while still being able to salvage the amazing reception that had originally been planned)! When discussing potential ceremony locations, Hannes suggested a private space in Harpa, which was exactly what we had in mind. We knew from the very beginning that we had chosen the best wedding planner for us, but we didn’t know that he was also a mind-reader! We walked out of his office with newfound excitement, feeling that this new plan would turn out to be even better than the original. Throughout the entire wedding, Hannes was there to make sure that everything and everyone was in order. During our outdoor photo shoot, he was not only our wedding planner, but also our right-hand man, driver, best-man, maid-of-honor, fairy godparent, magician, best friend, and a bright ray of warm sunshine covering us with coats in the freezing cold. We had no idea what to expect when we decided to have an outdoor wedding in Iceland in February, but from our previous travel there, we knew that we loved the country and its people. Hannes embodies everything we love about Iceland. Our wedding turned out to be everything we had not imagined and that was the most thrilling experience because it turned out even better than we had hoped. We most definitely could not have done it without Hannes and Pink Iceland. If only we could hire Hannes to solve all of our life problems! We are forever grateful to Hannes for being the superhero that he is and we can’t thank him and the entire Pink Iceland team enough for making our wedding trip the best adventure of our lives. We will definitely be back and we can’t wait to visit our friends again. Þetta reddast! Love, Irene & Ivan

We did a big road trip with Pink Iceland to celebrate our 13 year anniversary. It was a terrific trip that we will never forget. They arranged our hotel stays and tours, which in the winter months is no easy feat - the weather made sure that plans kept changing - all part of the fun! These guys are super professional, friendly and do everything to ensure your trip is unforgettable! We can't thank them enough.
