Free to enter, and housing not only the 3D map of Iceland, but they had seasonal art work, I particularly enjoyed the short cinematic clips of Icelandic Christmas characters, including one called 'The sausage swiper'. Free to enter and free toilets.

The building is very interesting and part of a self-guided walking tour. Right by the water. Definitely take a peek.

This was the final stop on a walking tour that I was on. The entrance we took, was across a small bridge. There was toilets, and a map on the floor as you go in.

There are toilets here and a really good relief map of Iceland, some tours stop off here, but it is readily accessible from town so you can just go in yourself.

The building is nothing special, but its a good place to walk around and get a feel of the city. Lot of places to eat. There is a lake nearby.

It's a good walk around the city's downtown. i enjoyed it a lot, many places to eat. Although the building is not the most impressive one, the whole of the area is good.

Very accessible. really just 1 floor no obstacles. As I remember they are open from morning to evening kinda of a 8-8 thing. Very tourist oriented and informative. Completely unintimidating.
