The exhibition Points of View at the Culture House takes guests on a journey through the Icelandic visual world of past and present. Artifacts and works of art from the varied collections of six institutions provide a reflection of Iceland's visual art history and cultural heritage. Artists with different backgrounds and living conditions have expressed similar ideas at all times. There are seven points of view to be found in as many wings of the Culture House, connecting what you'll see, independent from the medium or time.

Visited here in April with teens in tow and we all had a lovely time. There was a great sculpture exhibit and the building has been beautifully restored.

Enjoyed a lovely afternoon in the Culture, small but varied exhibition of paintings, photographs and artifacts. I understand exhibits change regularly. Friendly helpful staff.

Located in the center of the city, walking distance. Staff was very helpful and even told us we had missed a room. A complete chronicle of the Icelandic peoples with an eye to their cultural viewpoint

We stood opposite this building every time we went on a tour or were dropped off as its right by Bus Stop 6. Very beautiful, with interesting interior thats certainly worth looking into.

There is a good selection of sculpture, paintings and other arts. We especially like the huge library, popular with serious scholars.

Enjoyed our walk trough this old house. Admission also allows entry into the National Museum across "the pond." Enjoyed reading and seeing history of Iceland.
