The trail is a total of 7 kilometers, approx. 4.37 miles in and out. There is a marker at a certain point, 6 total all the way to the top. There are markers all throughout. At the top, there is a nice secured box where...More

Take the 57 bus to the visitor centre and do the round the mountain walk. It’s steep in places and the track can become indistinct, but the views are worth it.

It's really bizarre to rate a mountain... It didn't ask to be the shape it is, isn't offering any services and is essentially, if we're honest, a rock. But it's an excellent rock for hiking on. If you're looking for something within an hour of...More

Me and my partner spent the day hiking up Mount Esja. It is easily accessible via the buses. It is not commercialised which is refreshing. There are several hiking routes. Me and my partner were complete beginners but managed to get nearly all the way...More
