The bay is not easily accessible and requires a walk down a steep hill. The view is not worth the effort

After reading the reviews, we were really excited to visit the beach with the kid's. However, to our surprise we discovered a man hole cover partially open half way down the steep road. The stench was horrendous and what followed that was un speak able...After dodging the human waste and used sanitary items, we arrived at the beach to discover... More

Definitely worth navigating the windy roads to see this secluded spot. Very steep walk down to the shore so bear that in mind. You can get a car down part of the way but parking limited and road very narrow.

Another beautiful bay on this island of beautiful bays! Orange sand, clear blue seas and stunning rocks. Not easily accessible by land - for a quick visit, best seen via boat (but do choose your boat trip carefully). If you want to bask for longer on the beach you'll need to be a bit more brave and/or able, although there... More

We visited this Bay as mentioned in an on line search this was one of the quieter beaches however it turned out that it was not that quiet despite the fact that it has a very steep slope to climb down to get there, There is also a jeep service for those who do not feel brave enough to try,... A tranquil cove where orange sand, turquoise sea and grey rocks combine to provide one of the most beautiful bays on the island. Access is via a very steep path, stony in places, so sensible footwear is required. We did see a couple of cars that had driven down the single track path and there is a small area where... More

This beach is small but perfectly formed with warm golden sand and clear, clean water. Getting down to the beach can be quite tricky, the road down is extremely steep and I would not recommend those with disabilities or children to come here. There is a jeep service that costs about 2 EURO a head (depending on number of people)... More

This is the best beach on the island - probably because it's a little bit of a hike to get down to (and more to the point, uphill to leave!) - but that of course means it puts off all but the most determined. Even in the middle of August (height of the season) there was still plenty of prime... More

If you are in Gozo you have to go to San Blas bay. One of the nicest and most relaxing beaches. No cars, no roads, only fields and the sand :) A bit difficlut to get to ... you have to walk it so put on a good pair of slippers and try to avoid going or leaving the beach... More
