Getting there by car is not very exiting due to very narrow and unpaved stoney roads, which are also used by pedestrians. Once you reached the final parking lot you can walk down to see the pool and feel free for a swim. An alternative...More

I got there first by bus (from Marsaxlokk) and then a 20 min walk (under the sun). When we arrive to the place we got a bit disappointed since it was quite crowed but the place is really worth to visit it. You can also...More

Don't turn down the last road to the pool unless you have a 4x4. We managed to nab a space in the road and just as well we did as other cars further down had all sorts of bits hanging off them. Pool itself was...More

My husband wanted to go as it is supposed to be one of the most beautiful swimming spots on earth. We walked there (and back), since it was late afternoon and no taxis were available. The walk is about 30 min and nothing extra. You...More

A lovely natural swimming spot, that has great rocks to jump into. Was difficult trying to get to it but definitely worth it whilst there. The road was very patchy getting to it and so would be careful especially if you have a rental car

We heard about St. Peter's Pool via some other guests. The first time we went, it was about 10:30. We were stunned by the view & the peace... It's a 30 minute walk, but SO worth it! On our last day, we went again, but...More

I found a very nice family business (Lucy Brown) at the far end of the Marsaxlokk market. They offered harbour tours and found trips to St. peter's Pool. 10 E for the 30 minutes boat ride, and an agreement to be picked up st 15,...More

A small hidden cove, that has great rocks to jump into the sea. Nothing to scary for a child above 10. Rock shoes or trainers are a great help for getting back up the rocks

A lovely walk there and a must if you are in the area. Just didn't want to leave. It was quite quiet while we were there.

I am afraid, i don't. please note that it's not a ferry its small traditional local fishing boats. there where 4-5 different "companies" in the harbour. Lucy Brown is at the far end of the harbour/bay towards the sea.

If you will go to the very famous market in Marsaxlokk then worth visiting. It is not very easy to reach. You have to go on foot unless you rent a car. In summer its over populated so in January, if you like scenery, its... More

I want to do some cliff diving while in Malta. Was thinking about Blue Lagoon, but maybe this is a good alternative. Can someone give me an estimate on the heights you can jump from? Is it easy to get to from Valleta (I'll be arriving on a ship)? Thanks for any information you can provide.

The height is a couple of metres, perhaps two. From Marsaxlokk it's possible to walk in 30 minutes and Marsaxlokk is accessisble by bus. Hope this helped you. Have a nice trip! Michael
