Sorry - I found it tedious!

The history of the knights and the way they influenced the history of Malta is very interesting. The problem I have with this place is that it was tedious! The exhibits were ok... read more

Really enjoyed this attraction & only €6.50 entry fee. There is a short 3D film at the start of the tour & staff are on hand to help with any queries you may have. Walking through for me was a bit tough as I am disabled, but to be expected in a medieval city! The wax works are quite life... More

The knights of Malta is an interactive show starting with a 3D video show followed by a Waxworks walk through with sound. Great way of bringing the knights to life.

We walked past this museum and our teenagers decided they wanted to enter. The exhibits are motion sensitive, so your audio guide starts talking as soon as the sensor picks up that you are in front of the exhibit. But the back ground sounds of some of the exhibits makes hearing difficult and if all the people in your group... More

The history of the knights and the way they influenced the history of Malta is very interesting. The problem I have with this place is that it was tedious! The exhibits were ok but the audio was very temperamental, it dragged on and on, repeating basically what you saw in the film before walking through the tiny 'corridor' looking in... More

We were warned by the staff that a couple of the exhibits might be a bit gory for our children and they helped us to distract them around the most graphic part. A 3D cinema show explaining the history, followed by a voiced tour of diorama that repeated what we had seen in the cinema. Fascinating and a great place... More

Amazing don't forget to go on the Hospital tour too which complements it. Amazing facilities for a two hundred + year old infirmary

The story of Mdina is audio and the knights is visual, much the same, don't really need to do both. Great history though. We really enjoyed it. Really is worth a visit.

The combined Knights and Malta Experience are a wonderful attraction. We visited late morning and first saw the Knights exhibit. This is my far the best of its kind I have seen. The detail in the models and settings is extraordinary. The Malta Experience is a film on the history of the island and is most informative. The seats are... More

Whilst visiting Mdina thought it would be good to find out more about the history of Malta. The opening film is not great quality but you have an audio commentary in your own language through headphones. It gives you an overview of the island's history. After you walk round the exhibits which are waxwork type models that illuminate when you... More
