This 45 minute audio visual show gives you 7000 years of history. It is another one of my "must do" recommendation, and a really good introduction to Malta.

In about 50 minutes you can learn Malta's history with headphones in your ears and in your native language as the museum supports about 20 languages! The film that you are going to watch is on target and the price (12,90 euro) including the visit of The Knights Hospitallers Museum with the great tour guide, is perfect! Finally, the souvenir... Really just a film, with the audio available in several languages. I noticed in the credits that they used Derek Jacobi and another actor whose name I recognised but can't remember for the English version - quality! Whereas other attractions make much of the megalithic history and of course the Knights of St John, this film made me aware of... More

I came to malta as my husband wanted to see it . I booked to stay in valletta ,it looks very run down although our hotel was very nice . You have to venture out and see all of malta because some places are worth seeing and are prettier than valletta .The one thing I will say about malta is... More

The Maltese people have been smashed around for centuries and this interesting film captures it. €15 per adult includes to the tour of the infirmary which is also full of facts, especially the signing of the End of the Cold War. Great English speaking guide with lifts available. The toilets are clean just smell rather sour.

The ticket included the historical film as well as entry to the short walk through the hospital precinct. The video is available with headphones in over 20 languages and is an amazing account of the islands history. Our guide was both informative and pleasant through the hospital and clearly had a passion for the history.

The movie lasts 45 minutes. You can select the narrative in close to 20 languages. It gives you a very good overview of the history of the islands from prehistoric to today.
