It is fun to sit and enjoy a coup of hot chocolate while watching the royal guard doing his regular march in front of the castle. Not to much to see however regarding the building, only the facade. It is lacking some interactivity. But my chocolate was good ;)

when the grand-duke is here , and not in one of his other castles , you will see the luxembourg flag, and admire the soldiers

could not go in and I don't think you ever can. An interesting building with a soldier standing outside. Don't make the effort unless you are in the next street

Probably the most democratic palace in the world. The facade looks like just another house in the street. Love the concept of the monarch living in the middle of his people.

The Palace is like a small but charming fairytale building. Charming like the city itself. But what is truly wonderful is the streetlight on the little square in front of the Palace. Come in the evening after dark and watch faces of light follow you around. Great fun and beautiful idea.

Easy accessable in the city-centre. Nothing special to see, as the building looks alot like the surrounding ones. Guard walks outside all the time.

The story of the palace is intriguing and the place is nicely kept. The different architecture elements are nice.

After living in Luxembourg a few years I visited the Duke's Palace and it worth it... in summer there is guided visits (very cheap or even free, I can't remember). It is nice if you are visiting the city
