Great if you love rummaging in other people's cast-offs, which I do! Second hand books, clothes, one or two new clothes stalls, wool and craft essentials, tools, electricals and fruit and veg. Cafe (for sale when I was there) selling traditional English breakfast fare. Great...More

It’s a typical British Car Boot sale - lots of junk, tools, s/h clothes and bric-à-brac if that’s what you enjoy. What does stand out are the local fruit & veg people - great value, fresh fruit and veg, and they let you try before...More

Very disappointing for a Bank holiday. A lot of overpriced rubbish. As others people have said more a car boot sale.

Plenty of parking, though can be chaotic so be careful. Try the bacon rolls and watch the world go by before going around the stalls. The Sunday market seems to attract more stalls than the Wednesday one. Large selection of 2nd hand books (in English).

Had a stroll round this quirky little market . Good mixture of stalls, selling new , second hand , homemade cakes and pies , fruit and veg, records , toiletries etc . Even managed to have a bacon buttie and a cuppa .
