This is a really lovely privately run zoo which receives NO government funding. Brilliant place, not too big and child friendly.

We had a nice time at the zoo. The parrots and owls show was very entertaining. There is a variety in animals to watch. Very nicely structured. Very nice food at the Cyprus taverna. We would go again.

I reviewed this so called zoo in 2012. It was a disgrace then and is even worse now. They had been promising to bring elephants for several years. When they finally arrived, they were 2 small, tame Asian elephants. Wild elephants need hundreds of square kilometres...More

16.50 euros adult and 8.50 children from 2 years. It's on their website, you have to click on "about" and then scroll down. It's not very clear on their website though.

As far as I know it's open all year round. We're not talking London or Chester Zoo but it's still a cracking place to visit. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Especially great for kids🙂
