Due to some bad weather in the morning, we had to cut our hike a bit short so did a shorter version of the hike (known as route B) found on a website detailing the hike routes. While we definitely enjoyed this hike, we would...More

Great hike! In May still a LOT of snow so your hike is longer, since you cannot drive all the way up. The lakes were still iced and snowed over, but the hike was still worth it. You must have good hiking shoes and trekking...More

There are many route options to take; we took the "yellow dot" route which climbs up across the mountains. This walk is amazing- the views are some of the best I have seen. It is difficult. It took us 5 hours, although we did stop...More

We decided to drive to another city, Ordino from Soldeu (where we checked in) in order to avoid the Tour de France that took place on that day. There are two options to get onto the lakes, one from the ski station area, and another...More

One cannot control the weather, so the hiking was a bit different in gale force winds, rain and freezing temperatures. But, the trail was lovely and would definitely do it again in better weather!

This is a beautiful walk. It's not too straining, so it's good for most levels of walkers. There is a 'ski lift' which can take you directly to the top if you can't manage the walk, where there's a breathtaking view. towards France.

For non experienced hikers a must see, very beautiful and not to tiring with kids. Beautiful scenery once you are up the mountain trail.

I have only travelled by car but there are guided tours. Download the app Andorra Go. It gives you a lot of information and contact numbers. Also don't forget to download the Alpify. It is used in emergencies to summon help.

Route d Ordino et jusqu au bout, le pied des pistes, max une vingtaine de kms. Puis petit chemin pendant 1/2 à 3/4 heure et le spectacle des yeux, un ravissement.
