Nice ride

A trip up the Pfaender is a very good way to get a new perspective on Bregenz and the lake Konstanz.

The Pfaender is a small mountain that rises 1000 meters behind the city and functions as a multiple sports acitivity center. The Pfaenderbahn is a large enclosed cable car that provides a wondrous view of the Bodensee and the alps beyond. Skiing, biking and hiking...More

We did not have much of a view due to the fog. But it was still nice to walk up on top and visit the animals which live in large outdoor cages. Make sure you get your parking stub validated for the 3 hour free...More

The Pfaenderbahn is a cable car that carries you from Bregenz up the mountain to the summit, which is part of the Alps. It is a quick ride, but allows spectacular views of the Bodensee. From the top you can see Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Disabled friendly with parking near the entrance. Friendly staff and great views from the top. Ice creams and snacks at the top are reasonable prices. Great panoramic views across three countries

You don't realize how high it really is until you take the ride up there. The ride up to the top is very smooth. There was at least a 5 degree difference in the temperature once we made it to the top. The view is...More

This lift is amazing - what a smooth ride to the top. Our family of 4 plus a dog had no issues with this lift - we even shared the ride up with about 30 plus handball players! Really worth the trip - and the...More
