You can rent a bike at an auto kiosk right outside the park. Vienna is bike friendly with pike paths all through out the city and the parks. A lovely way to see the sights and enjoy the parks.

This is not strolling along the left bank of Paris. This is strolling along graffiti spoiled banks of what looks like an open sewer and not a canal. The place could be beautiful but the insane amount of graffiti is breathtaking in a bad way....More

This is one of the cleanest parks I have ever seen. Its location is excellent. One can either sit on benches located in the park and read or watch people walk by. Or, they can walk through the various walkways to observe the interesting plant...More

The Stadtpark is the central park of the old city, with gorgeous walkways, water features, monuments and entertainment venues. A great place to hang out for a while as a break from walking about the inner city.

Very big park which is divided into two sections on each side of the Vienna river. Quiet stroll with statues and benches to relax. You can spend hours here. Even the gardeners building stands out. Well maintained grounds. If it happened to rain, just across...More

Vienna has so many parks so you are quite spoilt for choice. The Stadpark was not my favorite (compared with Burggarten, Schloss Schönbrunn or the park around the Donauturm i.e.). Nice enough but more. If you can't make it there you won't miss a lot....More

We simply came across them as we strolled along one of the paved pathways, nearly in view of the Mozart monument.
