Gorgeous little church not far from the Rathaus. Very nice surroundings, and great architecure which goes perfectly with it.

Located fairly close to the Rathaus building, this little church and the park surrounding it, is worth a visit. Unfortunately we couldn't enter the church because of a service but the architecture one the outside is beautiful. Another gem in Vienna.

Another breathtaking church in Vienna. IT almost looked closed from the outside because of construction but we found the entrance. Stunning inside. So beautiful.

Unfortunately the entire view on the church's front facade is blocked...since many years. Hopefully they'll finish the work soon in future because this church really deserves a revitalization.

This is a small church built following the failed assassination of Emperor Franz Joseph from donations. Shame that there was scaffolding at the time of our visit but that was only outside. Inside, the stained glass windows are stunning - very vibrant colours and there...More

This is a very impressive church, lovely stained glass windows, worth visiting just for these, high ceilings, excellent architecture. Nice park opposite with free deckchairs for a picnic.

Although the building is closed it is still well worth strolling over to take a closer look at the very attractive lacy steeples, spires and hanging buttresses. I do not know when restoration will be completed - so will visit when I am in Vienna...More

A little off the path. Not quite as overwhelming as St stephens. No crowds. Well worth the visit. I did get a kick out of the vending machine right in the middle of the nave. The stained glass are great. Also a great light fixture....More

Such a nice church, the only thing was restoration process is still on so you can't enjoy more. But still it was great from inside.

As far as I know, the latest is that very Sunday morning at 11:15, Father Joe or a stand-in says the Mass in English for most parts, but sprinkles in other languages in some parts. Also, St. Francis of Assisi Church, across... More
