The crossing of the artic circle is made through a pass at 700m elevation. The landscape is (barely) free of any human-made thing. And everything is deep white. Magical !

Our cruise ship passed the invisible line, called the Arctic Circle, and we entered the arctic. Somehow it felt unique. We passed Vikingen Island and there was the Arctic Circle Monument. Quickly snapped some pictures before we lost sight, memorial experience.

I would think the weather would be on the cool side depending how far north you go. I would check on the internet "weather Norway"
