Great Day Out

Visited with my wife after spending some time at Bodnant Gardens. What a lovely place Llandudno is. The pier has seen better days but is still a joy. A great day out all round

Llandudno pier a must. Tradition at its best. I stroll upon the pier has to be done. Plenty of seats to sit on. Things for the kids to do. All the usual holiday stuff. Hats, Rock, candy floss, etc. Good place to have a cuppa. Of course ice cream. And you can watch the fishermen at the end. Great stuff

Walking along Llandudno Pier is a great way to spend a sunny afternoon. Free to enter with lots of little kiosks filled with the usual seaside rubbish but still utterly charming. Almost the highlight is the bar at the end of the pier, ideal for a glass of wine or a pint before the walk back to land.

Nice to see this lovely old pier still surviving after all these years. There were lots of people promenading along the pier on a sunny Sunday afternoon.

Located at one end of the Prom, the pier hugs the land before striking out to sea, which is a little unusual. There are the traditional amusements, ice creams, fish and chips, cock and fudge, and for the kids there is usually a bouncy castle / slide available (for additional costs). There is a fishing platform at the end. Near... More

I like walking on piers and this did not disappoint. Tokens have replaced cash on the many rides and if you have a young family i bet they would enjoy the experience. The entrance to the pier is free so that was a good point.
