It was really nice finding a museum that took me back to the old types of museums from my childhood. A variety of displays charting the evolution of llandudno and fascinating exibit of "Blodwen" the skeleton of a bronze age woman and details about her life . great displays of archeological finds tracing the history of the Llandudno area. Not a lot but certainly enough to brush up on your history. Lots of local history which is interesting for adults and children alike. Well worth a visit.

This may not be the biggest museum but it was so interesting. There is so much more to Llandudno that you learn here and the staff are very knowledgeable and encourage you talk about your own experiences of the town and it's history. Well worth the £2.50 entry fee.

This museum does not offer concession rates which seems a bit wrong its overpriced and there isn't much here to see.

I was expecting more displays but it was more geared for little children. Not enough information for history buffs

The museum was a bargain at just £2.50, there was all sorts of stuff, some of it dating back thousands of years.

A small but interesting museum. No good for disabled as no lift. Only stairs. Covers the history of Llandudno very well. Skeletons from 5,500BC. Allow about 2 hrs.

Hiding beneath the great orme lies a fantastic little museum just waiting to be explored. It offers a glimpse into the history of this lovely town, we like to think of it as a teaser to make you go out and pick up a trail of history in and around Llandudno itself. A small entrance fee allows you access to... More

Having visited Llandudno many times in the past, the museum seemed to be one we'd always walked past. However, having decided to go in this visit, we were fascinated with the long history of old settlements & artifacts from explorations on the Great Orme. Well worth adding to your to-do list.
